Darren Hall

Business Unit Manager

 

With more than 30 years of experience within the dealership, I have built a career grounded in deep product knowledge, strong customer relationships, and a commitment to developing high-performing teams.

 

Half of my career has been spent in product support, where I gained hands-on operational insight and an understanding of the challenges our customers face in the field. The other half has been dedicated to capital sales, working closely with customers to deliver the right solutions and long-term value for their operations.

 

Daniel Rogers

Area Manager

 

Giving our customers the right option, to suit their individual needs is key to success at FlexiParts, with a passion to improve customer experience, driving our operations through continuous improvement is key to our growth.

 

A strong culture and good team dynamic has been important for our success, in my role I lead a team of office and workshop employees dedicated to our values, prioritising safety and customers to provide the best service with a desire to improve on what we did yesterday.

 

James “Jimmy” Wells

I have worked in the West Australian mining industry for the past 18 years with 13 of those being at WesTrac. My primary objective has always been to provide solutions to our customers where there otherwise may not have been any.

 

I take great pride in the solid relationships I have built with my customers and colleagues alike and I have always thoroughly enjoyed being the person that people feel they can turn to when they need an “out-of-the-box” solution.

With more than 35 years of experience across Western Australia’s gold mining, iron ore, and construction sectors, I’ve built a deep understanding of the parts, components, and solutions that keep machines productive.

 

I work closely with customers to uncover practical, value‑driven answers that improve reliability and performance.

With over 24 years of experience at Westrac, I bring extensive knowledge of Cat parts and solutions across a wide range of applications.

 

Having spent time working in the Pilbara, I understand the demands of remote and heavy-duty operations, where reliability and accuracy are critical.

 

My focus is on delivering the right part, at the right time, to support uptime and operational efficiency.

 

I take pride in providing informed, dependable service and using my experience to help customers resolve challenges quickly and confidently.

I’m all about keeping things simple for our customers and making sure their gear stays in action. Day to day, I work with our Flexi team and WesTrac branches to make sure we’ve got the right parts, solutions, and support ready to go whenever they’re needed

 

I started out as a Plant Mechanic and spent years across Mining, Construction and Material Handling in Aftermarket roles. That hands-on experience means I understand what our customers are dealing with—whether they’re in the workshop or out on site
Clear communication, fast turnarounds, and building genuine relationships are big priorities for me. Good service keeps everything moving, and that’s exactly what I’m here to deliver.

 

Matt Garland

Senior Sales Representative

 

I’m driven by helping customers track down the parts they need—whether it’s something common, something critical, or something hard to find. With a background that includes working as a Maintenance Supervisor on major mine sites, I bring hands‑on experience in managing large-scale shuts, overhauls, and repairs. That practical understanding helps me source components more effectively and support customers under real operational pressures.

 

In my role with the FlexiParts team, I spend my days sourcing components, coordinating with suppliers, and making sure our customers get fast, accurate solutions that keep their machines working.

 

I enjoy the challenge of finding the right part at the right price, and I’m always looking for ways to make the process smoother and more efficient. Building strong customer relationships is a big part of what I do—understanding their equipment, timelines, and pressure points so I can respond quickly and confidently.

 

For me, every enquiry is an opportunity to deliver great service, remove stress, and help customers get back to business without delays.

I focus on making sure customers get the parts and repair solutions they need by finding options that are reliable, cost‑effective, and suited to their equipment. With experience in parts coordination and supporting both workshop and field operations, I have a solid understanding of how equipment is maintained and what’s required to keep work moving.

 

In my role with Flexi Parts & Mining Services, I work closely with the WesTrac network to manage Flexi component repairs and overhauls from start to finish. I coordinate each job from sourcing through to delivery, ensuring the workflow is consistent, transparent, and well‑organised.

 

I’m committed to clear communication and dependable service, and I aim to make every customer interaction smooth, efficient, and easy to navigate.
