Trade Experience
We utilise hands-on experience when designing frames our frames to ensure your mechanics can limit complex and unsafe lifts during installation.
Your Safety Is Our Priority
Latest Software
We utilise the latest engineering software and up-to-date training when designing frames our frames to ensure all of work is carried out to AS4991 / AS3990 / AS1554 standards.
The Safest & Strongest Designs
Reliable Strength
Our frames are engineered above Australian standards and, in most cases, rated to a 3G load case – 3 times the component’s weight. In design, we consider the travel route, distance, terrain and sudden braking.
We Ensure Total Reliability
Easy to Order
While we can custom design any frame, we already have over 350 loaded into our system ready-to-go. Enter the identifier we put on every frame in the search bar above and make re-ordering easier.

Chain Of Responsibility
Our frames help you manage risk
Legislation
Under Chain of Responsibility (effective 27 April 2015) legislation:
“If you are involved in any … road transport activities, you are a party in the ‘chain of responsibility’ and may be deemed liable in the event of a breach of the road laws:“
An example of a simple road freight transport chain is:
– Consigner > Packer > Loader > Operator > Receiver
Whichever activity you perform in the ’chain’, it is important that you take reasonable steps to manage any risk and ensure road safety is not compromised.
Our team work hard to ensure that, when it comes to transporting your equipment, any risks associated with the movement of equipment are greatly minimised.
New Laws
In mid 2018, the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) was amended to provide that every party in the heavy vehicle transport supply chain has a duty to ensure the safety of their transport activities.
In practical terms, this primary duty represents an obligation for you to eliminate or minimise any potential harm or loss (risk) by doing all that is reasonably practicable to ensure safety.
As a party in the supply chain, the best way for you to do this is to have safety management systems and controls in place, such as business practices, training, procedures and review processes.
To ensure you are able to tick all the boxes, our frames all have a unique identified serial number that will assist with tracking and compliance. Every frame we fabricate is also supplied with a row mark label that clearly identifies component weight, height and width to ensure correct transport and lifting equipment is utilised.
